ForecastFirst.com(Screen Shot...)In the beginning, I worked on this project with Chief Meteorologist Dick Fletcher and after his passing I finished the site with Cheif Meteorologist Tammie Souza. This site went through many different transformations and mockups. After about 3 months of mockups and meetings and planning, we were able to get all the graphics created in the weather center and exporting correctly to the web. I constantly monitor the chat daily and chime in when viewers have weather questions or questions about the website. I also started a twitter page for the website and continually update that with the most recent forecast and any other important information involving weather and the Bay Area. Bobby Deskin's assisted with the creation of images on the site throught he WSI weather system. I also double teamed with Ernie Schmitt (Web Developer) to build this site in under a month. This website was mocked up in Adobe photoshop and put together using Adobe Dreamweaver. |
